Manufacturing Engineer

Mission：
−As manufacturing engineer is to improve manufacturing and other in-house processes in specific division and line with respect to safety, quality, and productivity with objective of reducing overall cost and improving customer satisfaction.
制造工程师负责通过不断和持续改善生产流程中的安全作业，质量提高和生产效率提升，以此实现降低成本和提高客户满意度。
−Support construction of facility including workshop layout, material flow, labor estimates and cost control.
支持公司基础建设，工厂布局，物流规划，人力成本评估和成本控制等。

Specific Areas of Responsibility：
−Improve productivity and throughput by using Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 5S, and Kaizen;
通过运用精益生产的原则,如5S，Kaizen等手法以减少总成本,提高生产率和产能；
−Develop , improve and comply to the working process to ensure the precise master data in ERP system, BOM and manufacturing checklist system;
创建、完善和执行工作流程，确保ERP系统、BOM和生产checklist信息的精确处理;
−Provide/improve the plant or process flow layouts to match with the requirement;
制定合理的工厂及生产线布局以满足生产需求；
−Select optimum capital equipment , fixtures and tools as appropriate; then design ,justify and purchase, installation and start-up;
选择最佳的设备,工装夹具和工具,适当的进行再设计,验证和购买以及后期的安装及运用；
−Support new product development and transfer project on time, on quality;
支持新产品和转移产品的生产衔接工作，确保项目按时按质完成。
−Provide/update/manage SOP for specific products;
制定，更新并负责管理产品的标准作业指导书；
−Committed to product & production system improvement；,
致力于产品和生产系统的持续改善；
−Strict enforcement design notification process, handling in time and continuous following up;
严格执行设计变更流程，及时处理并跟踪执行情况；
− Assist in implementing Lean assembly system and logistics, reducing lead times and
inventory and securing flow of parts and products through the value chain;
协助执行精益生产系统和精益物流系统,通过价值流的改善从而降低交货期和库存
量得到可靠的物料流
− Assist in daily problems solving of production process to ensure on time delivery and
quality improvement;
协助解决生产系统出现的日常问题,以确保按时交货和质量的持续改进.
− Assist in the training of assembly line in techniques and assembly method.
协助培训装配线的装配技术和方法.；
− Other tasks assigned by ME supervisor or manager.
其他主管或经理分配的其他任务。
− Follow and implement the rules & regulations of Epiroc Way to work daily
遵守并贯彻安百拓行为准则进行日常工作
− Follow requirement of quality, safety and environment system in company
遵守公司的质量、安全、环境体系的要求

Hiring Qualification：
Education:
− University degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or
Industrial Engineering;
大学本科以上学历或同等学历工程,最好是机械设计或者工业工程背景
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
− Minimum of 3 years experiences in relative work experience;
至少3 年的相关行业的工作经历；
− Be familiar with Auto-CAD or equivalent engineering software and MS office software;
熟悉AUTO CAD 或者其他的制图软件,熟悉office 办公软件；
− Knowledge in relevant safety, health and environment laws, regulations, requirements
相关安全、健康和环境法律、法规、要求的知识
− Computer literate with training/experience in ERP and Team Center systems;
被培训过或者熟悉使用ERP 系统以及Team Center 系统。
− Take responsibilities actively and look into details carefully;

− Fluent in English and Mandarin;
