Manufacturing Engineer

Mission：

• As manufacturing engineer is committed to improve manufacturing and other in-house processes in specific area, and line with respect to safety, quality, and productivity with objective of reducing overall cost and improving customer satisfaction.

制造工程师负责通过持续改善，提升生产流程中的安全，质量和生产效率，以此实现降低成本和提高客户满意度。

• Support construction of facility including workshop layout, material flow, labor estimates and cost control.

支持公司基础建设，工厂布局，物流规划，人力成本评估和成本控制等。

Specific Areas of Responsibility：

• Responsible for new product development and product transfer project on time, on quality implemented and delivery from Manufacturing Engineering perspectives;

从制造工程师维度负责新产品和转移产品项目成功落地至量产交付，确保项目按时按质完成。

• Develop and improve the plant or process flow & layout to match with the business requirements. Select optimum capital equipment, fixtures and tools to improve production safety and efficiency;

根据业务需求制定合理的工厂及生产线布局， 选择最佳的设备,工装夹具和工具以改进生产的安全和效率；

• Develop, improve and comply to the working process, and to ensure the precision of master data, BOM in ERP system;

创建、完善和执行工作流程，确保ERP系统的主数据、BOM的精确性;

• Provide/update/manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for specific products;

制定，更新并负责管理产品的标准作业指导书；

• Improve productivity and throughput by implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 5S, and Kaizen; Committed to product & production system improvement。

通过运用精益生产的原则,如5S，Kaizen等手法以减少总成本,提高生产率和产能，致力于产品和生产系统的持续改善；

• Strict enforcement design change notification process, handling design change in time and following up continuously.

严格执行设计变更流程，及时处理并跟踪执行情况；

• Assist in implementing of Lean production and logistics, reducing production lead times and inventory, securing the flow of parts and products through the value chain;

协助执行精益生产和精益物流系统, 通过价值流的改善来降低交货期和库存量。

• Assist in daily problems solving of production to ensure on time delivery and quality;

协助解决生产系统出现的日常问题, 以确保按时交货和质量的持续改进.

• Assist in the training of assembly line in techniques and assembly method.

协助培训装配现场的装配技术和方法.；

• Other tasks assigned by ME supervisor or manager.

其他主管或经理分配的其他任务。

• Follow and implement the rules & regulations of Epiroc Way to work daily

遵守并贯彻安百拓行为准则进行日常工作

• Follow requirement of quality, safety and environment system in company

遵守公司的质量、安全、环境体系的要求

Hiring Qualification：

Education:

• University degree or above, preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulic / Industrial Engineering,；

大学本科以上学历, 最好是机械设计，电气，液压，或者工业工程背景。

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experiences in relative work experience，Or 2 years of experience as a project engineer in the automotive industry;

至少3年的相关行业的工作经历，或2年汽车行业项目工程师经历；

• Independently led product relocation projects and new product projects. If there is experience in cross-border projects, would be plus;

独立带过产品转移项目，新产品项目。如果有跨国项目经验最佳；

• Be familiar with Auto-CAD， Creo, or equivalent engineering software and MS office software; 熟悉AUTO CAD，Creo或者其他的制图软件, 熟悉office办公软件；
• Computer literate with training/experience in ERP and Team Center systems;

被培训过或者熟悉使用ERP系统以及Team Center系统。
