Material Handler

Title/Position 职位名称： Materials handler 物料操作员

Mission 使命：

1. 协助仓库主管强化仓库安全管理，积极参与持续改进，共创安全、合规、高效的工作环境。

Assist the warehouse supervisor in strengthening warehouse safety management, actively participate in continuous improvement, and jointly create a safe, compliant and efficient working environment.

2. 严格落实物料管理流程，确保材料接收、入库、存储、配料、发放、转运、成品包装、装车发运及时、准确，满足生产计划要求及质量体系要求。

Strictly implement the material management process to ensure timely and accurate execution of material receiving, warehousing, storage, batching, distribution, transfer, finished product packaging, loading and delivery, meeting the requirements of production plans and the quality system.

3. 精准执行生产配料计划，保障产品按时、按质、按量交付，满足业务发展需求。

Accurately execute materials preparation plans to ensure on-time, quality and quantitative delivery of products to meet business development needs.

Specific Areas of Responsibility 职责明细：

1. 严格遵守国家安全生产法律法规及公司安全管理制度、作业规范，规范操作各类设备与工具.

Strictly comply with national safety production laws and regulations, as well as the company's safety management systems and operating specifications, and operate various equipment and tools in a standardized manner.

2. 负责原材料、半成品、成品的装卸、搬运、堆码、移位，确保货物摆放整齐、稳固、分类清晰。

Be responsible for the loading, unloading, handling, stacking and relocation of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, ensuring orderly, stable and clearly classified storage of goods.

3. 配合仓库管理员完成出入库作业，核对货物信息、数量，避免错运、漏运、磕碰损坏。

Cooperate with warehouse supervisors to complete warehouse inbound and outbound operations, verify goods information and quantity, and avoid wrong delivery, missing delivery, collision and damage.

4. 负责叉车日常检查、清洁、保养，包括轮胎、电瓶 / 燃油、液压系统、刹车、灯光等，发现异常及时上报并报修。

Be responsible for the daily inspection, cleaning and maintenance of forklifts, including tires, batteries/fuel, hydraulic system, brakes, lights, etc. Report abnormalities and request repair in a timely manner

5. 维护作业区域环境卫生，保持通道畅通，按规划区域存放货物，并持续优化库房布局。

Maintain the hygiene of the work area, keep passages clear, store goods in designated areas, and continuously optimize the warehouse layout.

6. 服从现场调度安排，高效完成装卸、转运任务，配合完成盘点、移库等临时工作。

Obey on-site scheduling, efficiently complete loading, unloading and transfer tasks, and cooperate in inventory counting, warehouse relocation and other temporary work.

7. 严格执行安全作业要求，发生事故或隐患第一时间停止作业并上报，不隐瞒、不违章作业。

Strictly comply with safety operation requirements. In case of any accident or potential hazard, stop operation immediately and report without delay, no concealment or illegal handling.

8. 积极响应持续改进倡议，参与现场改进、效率提升等相关项目，助力库房管理升级

Actively respond to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement, and contribute to the operation upgrade of the warehouse.

9. 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。

Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors

Hiring Qualification (Equal to permanent employees’) 录用要求：

Education 教育背景:

1. 高中或以上学历。

High school diploma or above.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience 技能/知识/工作经验:

1. 持有在有效期内的叉车证

Hold a valid forklift license

2. 一年以上相关行业工作经验。

At least 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly experience

3. 熟悉仓库操作流程，熟悉叉车结构、基本原理及日常保养流程，能熟练完成装卸、堆高、平移等操作。

Be familiar with warehouse operation procedures, the structure, basic principles and daily maintenance of forklifts, and proficient in loading, unloading, stacking and horizontal movement operations.

4. 具备基础的英文阅读和书写能力。
