Main responsiblities:
- Develop a middle-to-long-term PSD strategy and plan to achieve sustainable profitable growth of the aftermarket business
- Develop appropriate market and sales strategies, plans and KPIs for aftermarket products (service agreement, training products….), with the objective of achieving and exceeding the targets
- Develop plans and programs for mix fleet customers with products offering and technology
- Fully implement the PSD divisional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the CC marketing and sales teams
- Communicate, develop and implement Parts and Service plans and initiatives in line with the division’s strategy
- Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share & consolidated profitability.
- Secure the goals for profit & loss as well as key ratios for the Business Line.
- Being responsible for service utilization, efficiency and coverage, and manage the service team and service facilities in a cost efficient way that fits the market requirement of each Business Line
- Implement service policies according to the Group standard
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Product Companies, Distribution Center) to articulate customers' requirements and opportunities to increase market share through the delivery of innovative solutions through research and development and automation.
- Measure market coverage through use of CRM and other marketing tools.
- Lead, coach, motivate & support the competence development of direct and indirect reports to achieve maximize outcomes and synergies for PSD.
- Ensure that " The Epiroc Way" & " Code of Conduct" are followed.
- Be a strong supporter and implementer of all SHEQ policies, guidelines and initiatives
Experience Requirements
- Proven sale or marketing experience about the China market
- At least 5 years’ managerial experience
- Experience in the mining and/or construction industry
- Experience in direct sales with SOE customers
Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
- Engineering and/or business qualification is essential.
- Knowledge about parts and service business solutions
- Good organizational development skills.
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Mandarin is necessary.
