Responsibilities
• Input machines forecast in EPR based on Order to Delivery process.
• Secure MO (Machine order) is received timely, confirm and release MO in MO system and ERP.
• Update production schedule to meet MO requirements.
• Check material availability and co-ordinate with cross functions to minimize the shortage before work order releasing.
• Coordinate with procurement, sourcing and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials, components and packaging materials are available on time.
• Work together with marketing and customer to respond to pull in/push out of customer orders.
• Identify risks to production delivery and propose mitigation plans to reduce delays and inventory overstock/shortage issues.
• Escalate in time to manager for any critical issues that affects OTD performance.
• Be as driver to meet On Time Delivery target for responsible orders.
• Contribute to inventory target including but not limited: minimum stock to balance the delivery and inventory; monitor and control material in stock & WIP; resolve the disposition of obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Follow requirement of quality, safety and environment system in company
• Active participation in the materials and manufacturing cost reduction effort.
• Provide material and manufacturing cost inputs to finance department
Experience / Educational requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, prefer in supply chain management.
• Minimum of 2-year experience in similar function.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing, assembly or machinery industry
• Be familiar to importing and exporting process.
• Familiar with MRP logic, Production Planning, materials planning, inventory management and Work Order control process.
• Experience in using low-code tools to develop custom planning tools or automate data synchronization between different database and Excel.
Competence requirements
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, Query, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong logical thinking, numerical analysis and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills to coordinate multiple departments effectively.
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to urgent order changes or production adjustments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in VBA programming (for Excel automation, data processing) or familiar with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps) to build simple automation tools or streamline planning workflows.
