Are you ready?

Mission:

Proactively prepare MDM data package (Dangerous goods Code, Custom Terrify code, Weight, Country of origin, pricing under ARP strategy (our company Pricing Concept) for PSD parts products.
Actively support CC parts order for problem inquiry/order via ACIGN system for all Nanjing based parts 

Responsibilities:

-Strictly abide by safety production regulations and operating procedures;
-Master the safety production knowledge required for the position, and implement safzard and safety risks;
-Define Spare Parts of a machine considering service of machine and commercial feasibility of PSD parts business. Make sure correct parts are set as spare parts with high quality master data.
-Cooperate with Sourcing, Engineering, Technical Service and Marketing to prepare the MDM package data in the systems as well as pricing.
-Be proactive and strongly contribute to having a complete list of spare parts prepared and priced and in stock before the launch of a machine.

-Establish recommended spare parts proposal for all our capital equipment when needed based on information from Product Manager and Technical Service.
-Maintain complete level of master data and actively increase master data quality. Price Revision quality check 2 times/year (price, custom code, country of origin, weight, DG, etc.).                                                                                                                             
-Secure ACIGN issues are claimed and finished in timely manner according to our target: part number creation, master data and pricing are delivered in the fastest way to the Customer Center.
-Cross hubs (offices) support to the global MDM team performance in ACIGN.
-Build the P-BOM based on the CES/Midlife E-BOM.

Competences & Skills:

-College degree or above in engineering
-Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
-Team player to complete job by close cooperation with others
-Familiar with ERP system
-Knowledge in relevant safety, health and environment laws, regulations, requirements
