Mission

Your mission as a Project Manager is to ensure SRD projects are completed on time, with the right specification and within budget. And to ensure a cross functional team work with project members from different parts of the organization.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

The Project Manager has overall project responsibility and must provide coordination between marketing, engineering, sourcing, production, quality, aftermarket and technical service functions. The Project Manager needs to take ownership of the project and drive it to successful completion, ensure prerequisites for achieving the end effects, when handing over the projects.

The Project Manager should lead the project work following SRD project manual. It is his or her responsibility to plan, follow up and secure that, at least, following deliverables are achieved for the project:

Time Plan (Gates and Milestones)
Project budget
Product cost
Product specification
Product quality
Recourse allocation

The Project Manager should motivates and supports colleagues in the team and secures support for the project in line organization. The project demand and progress needs to be communicated within the line organization. The Project Manager shall present project status monthly to steering committees.

The Project Manager will contribute to the project management competence development in SRD organization. For example participant v-PMO forum. Also share experience and lessons learned within the organization to improve project execution.

Hiring Qualification

Education:

Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferred in the major of Project Management, Manufacturing, or related majors.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Minimum 5 years working experience in project management
Proven experience from project management in global BD/NPD projects
Good command in English is required
Leadership skills
Natural drive to achieve results
Good communication and motivation skills
Proactive approach and set an outstanding example for others
Experience in the mining industry is desirable
Knowledge in SRD project manual is an asset
Advanced user of MS Office Tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint…)
