PtP Accountant

 Main tasks and responsibilities:  

-    Be responsible for daily supplier invoice booking with timeliness and accuracy
-    Reconcile account payable balance with both intercompany and external supplier, investigate unreconciled invoice, take follow-up actions
-    Follow up invoice cannot be booked with responsible person timely
-    Prepare monthly GIT report and follow up purchase order status
-    Prepare monthly GRNI report and follow up invoice status
-    Be responsible for booking credit notes for quality claims
-    Assist to prepare monthly accounting schedule, review open items to ensure a healthy balance sheet 
-    Assist to prepare related documentation and support for internal or external audit
-    Safeguard accounting document archiving
-    Support Purchase to Pay manager for all the related hot issues and follow up the actions & solutions
-    Strictly abide by safety production regulations and operating procedures

Competences, skills and experience:

-    Engaged in accounting-related work，3-4 year experience as Purchase to Pay accountant would be preferred.
-    Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard. 
-    Work experience of ERP system (M3, SAP,U8)
