Quality Engineer

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities：

1. 负责研发质量，与研发/产品部门合作，制作DFMEA，设计阶段降低质量风险，达到稳健设计的目的。

    Responsible for R&D quality, collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop DFMEA, mitigate quality risks during the design phase to achieve robust design.

2. 跟踪项目阶段厂内和工地测试质量问题，直至关闭。

    Track quality issues during in-house and field testing throughout the project phase until closure.

3. 跟踪零部件国产化验证中的质量问题，改进样件质量。

    Monitor quality issues during parts localization validation and improve prototype quality.

4. 负责客户质量，与PSD Hub密切合作，关注客户质量问题，快速采取纠正预防措施，降低售后质量索赔率和成本。

    Responsible for customer quality, work closely with PSD Hub to address customer quality concerns, implement prompt corrective and preventive actions to reduce after-sales warranty claim rate and costs.

5. 将客户端问题分享至运营相关团队，确保对策闭环。

    Share customer issues with relevant operations teams and ensure closure of corrective actions.

6. 主导质量改善项目。

     Lead quality improvement projects.

7. 完成相关数据分析和报告。

   Perform relevant data analysis and complete quality reports.

任职要求 / Qualifications：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化等相关专业。

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2. 英文口语流利，可作为工作语言。

    Fluent in spoken English, capable of using it as a working language.

3. 熟悉质量五大工具（APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC），熟悉项目质量管理。

    Familiar with the five core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and knowledgeable in project quality management.

4. 具备一定的数据分析能力。

    Proficient in data analysis with relevant tools.

5. 细心、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力。

    Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

6. 具备汽车、矿山设备行业经验者优先。

    Experience in the automotive or mining equipment industry is a plus.
