Job Description:

• Implement Epiroc Group’s safety&health, sustainability culture in the responsible area. Take actions to achieve safety, health and sustainability target, continuously maintain a good performance.
• To support district teams for developing appropriate sales strategy for all capital equipment, with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market through multi sales channels
• Continue developing the district sales strategy in achieving the business goal in short term and long term
• Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets for each district with high focus on market share & consolidated profitability.
• To develop the organization to provide adequate coverage in the market and capture the targeted market share and customer share, improve TTM implementation and business result.
• Work with BLM, PM provide market information to support for product development in order to have sustainable sales and product development in the market.
• To enhance the team working spirit, fairness and respect individuals in the organization.
• To equip yourself with excellent product and application knowledge. especially in digital products
• Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues.

Experience Requirements;

• At least 10 years’ experience in sales or marketing in mining or construction industry 
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in distributor management

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:

• Good presentation skills, strong leadership
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, computer literacy.
• University degree with relevant managerial experience.
