As a Sales Engineer at Epiroc, you will take ownership of district sales operations within an assigned region, driving sales targets through direct efforts and an established distributor network. You will play a critical role in expanding and monitoring our market share while cultivating strong customer and dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Own sales execution and achieve defined sales targets in your district by leveraging both personal initiative and distributor collaborations.
- Increase market presence by continuously tracking and analyzing market share and competitive activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and dealers through regular visits and proactive communication via telephone and other channels.
- Assist management in setting realistic and ambitious sales targets based on market insights.
- Manage dealer performance and relations within your territory, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Constantly monitor the local market environment, gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data related to market trends and competitors.
- Report and share potential business opportunities and market intelligence with your manager to support strategic planning.
- Actively participate in industry seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and network reach.
- Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of our products and their applications to effectively support customers and distributors.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on technical sales skills for key account customers and distributor staff, enhancing their capability to promote and support our offerings.
- Coordinate the sales administration processes collaboratively with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the aftermarket support team to deliver exceptional after-sales service, reinforcing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain effective communication with the logistics team to ensure timely and organized delivery of machinery.
- Engage with the product team to obtain necessary product support and updates, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
- Manage account receivables prudently in line with company credit policies to maintain financial health.

Experience and Educational Background
- Minimum of two years' experience in machinery sales, especially within the construction equipment, excavator, or breaker sectors, is highly desirable.
- A university degree or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering or related fields, provides a solid foundation for technical understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected to support reporting and presentations.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage, enhancing collaboration in a global company environment.
