Service Technician - Field

Job Description:

• Machine start up and commission on-site in conjunction with provide professional training on equipment operation 、maintenance points and service agreement promotion.
• Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting either by phone or on site.
• Handle machine warranty issue, evaluate and validate claims and submit service reports to support claims. Feedback machine quality related issues to support product enhancement.
• Maintain up-to-date records of required materials，Consistently maintain machine running information to support fleet management.
• Fix on-site problem as required, including technical solution maintenance proposal
• Support Parts and Capital Sales.
• Collect and feedback site customer typical service requirement.
• Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites.

Experience requirements:

• Technology College or technical service experience.

Knowledge / Educational requirements:

• Technology College in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Automation or other relevant major. Electrician certification will be plus points.
• Computer literate with practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic English ability.
• Work under the requirements of Epiroc Way.
