Deliver a highquality, endtoend recruitment process that builds strong talent pipelines, supports workforce needs, and enhances the candidate and manager experience through datadriven and digital ways of working.

 

Job Description:

  • Work proactively with the hiring manager and HR teams to understand workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and provide a smooth, highquality experience for hiring managers.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and support shortlisting to secure a great candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain effective sourcing strategies and conduct structured and competencybased interviews, assessments, and reference checks to provide clear, evidencebased recommendations.
  • Represent Epiroc at job fairs, university events, and external recruitment activities.
  • Support strong preboarding and onboarding experience in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate and recruitment data in HR systems
  • Use dashboards, KPIs, and data insights to drive improvements in talent acquisition process, quality, and efficiency.
  • Act as OneHR and collaborate across HR teams locally, regionally, and globally.

 

 

Knowledge & Experience;

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Mechanical-related fields is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting.
  • Familiarity with the engineering machinery or heavy industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems, office software, and data analysis tools. Knowledge or experience with AI recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Experience with structured, competencybased, and behavioral interview techniques.
  • Good written and spoken English.
