Key Responsibilities
•    Manage monthly tax calculation, filing and declaration to ensure full compliance with all PRC tax regulations.
•    Handle export VAT refund calculation, application and follow-up to secure timely receipt of tax refunds.
•    Verify and process input VAT invoices for deduction in accordance with regulatory requirements.
•    Monitor qualification requirements for high-tech enterprise status to maintain eligibility for tax incentives.
•    Prepare annual corporate income tax filing, and support transfer pricing documentation and annual tax-related reports.
•    Serve as the primary contact to build and maintain positive relationships with tax authorities; coordinate with external consultants, agencies and auditors on tax reporting and compliance.
•    Liaise with tax bureaus during tax inspections, audits and verifications, and prepare or coordinate all required supporting documents.
•    Support the implementation of tax planning initiatives and the application for various tax preferential policies.
•    Track updates to tax laws and regulations, and provide tax advice or internal training to other functions to ensure business-wide tax compliance.
•    Perform fixed asset accounting and reporting in accordance with both IFRS and PRC GAAP.
•    Strictly comply with safety production regulations and operational procedures.
•    Master job-specific safety knowledge, implement safety standards, and participate in hazard identification and safety risk control.

Experience Requirements
•    Minimum 3 years of working experience in taxation or accounting; experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
•    Solid knowledge of PRC Accounting Standards and IFRS; CPA or CTA certification is a strong plus.
•    Familiar with PRC tax regulations, especially VAT, corporate income tax and international taxation.
•    Practical working experience with ERP systems.

Education & Competencies
•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•    Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
•    Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
•    Knowledge of applicable safety, health and environmental (SHE) laws, regulations and requirements.
