Technical Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Implement Epiroc Group’s safety&health, sustainability culture in the responsible area. Take actions to achieve safety, health and sustainability target, continuously maintain a good performance.
• Responsible for technical staff management to achieve business need.
• Responsible for after-market technical support.
• Collected and sorted on-site feedback, communicate with the PC NJ, to solve on-site problems and gave feedback to the PCNJ for improvement.
• Responsible for the transformation of new machine requirements of the main engine.
• Responsible for on-site technical support of new products.
• Other works required by manager.
• Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 8 years related working experience
• Familiar with all kinds of mechanical design principles, can use all kinds of design software, master the finite element simulation analysis software, can perform data analysis, and also need to have related calculation of hydraulic system, component selection, piping layout, etc
• Have solid theoretical foundation and design foundation, proficient in mechanical principles, hydraulic transmission and other related knowledge, familiar with machining process and assembly process;
• Experience in engineering machinery and mining machinery is preferred

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and automation, vehicle engineering, hydraulic transmission and control, etc.

Ø  Computer literate with practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Ø  Work under the requirements of Epiroc Way

Personality Requirements:

Ø  Team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure;

Ø  Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

Ø  CET-4, Good spoken and written English are preferred;

Ø  Problem analysis and problem shooting skills.
