Mission 使命：

1. 协助调试主管强化产线安全管理，积极参与持续改进，共创安全、合规、高效的工作环境。

Assist the testing supervisor in strengthening production line safety management, actively participate in continuous improvement, and jointly create a safe, compliant and efficient working environment;

2. 聚焦设备调试全流程问题排查与解决，保障设备性能达标、质量稳定。

Focus on troubleshooting and solving problems throughout the equipment testing process to ensure that equipment performance meets standards and quality is stable;

3. 精准执行调试计划，确保设备按时交付，满足业务发展与客户需求。

Accurately execute testing plans to ensure on-time equipment delivery and meet business development and customer needs.

Specific Areas of Responsibility 职责明细：

1. 严格遵守国家安全生产法律法规及公司安全管理制度、作业规范，规范操作各类设备与工具.

Strictly comply with national safety production laws and regulations, as well as the company's safety management systems and operating specifications, and operate various equipment and tools in a standardized manner.

2. 按照调试方案、技术标准及作业指导书，完成设备整机及核心部件的功能调试、性能测试与参数校准工作。

In accordance with testing plans, technical standards and work instructions, complete functional testing, performance testing and parameter calibration of complete equipment and core components.

3. 主导调试过程中各类技术问题、故障的排查与分析，运用专业工具和方法定位问题根源，制定并实施有效解决方案，确保问题闭环处理。

Lead the troubleshooting and analysis of various technical problems and faults during the testing process, use professional tools and methods to locate the root causes of problems, formulate and implement effective solutions to ensure closed-loop handling of problems

4. 记录调试数据、故障现象、排查过程及解决方案，形成规范的调试报告，为技术优化、质量追溯提供数据支持。

Record testing data, fault phenomena, troubleshooting processes and solutions, form standardized testing reports, and provide data support for technical optimization and quality traceability

5. 针对反复出现的调试问题，开展复盘分析，提出工艺改进、设计优化或流程完善的建议，从根源降低问题复发率。

Conduct review and analysis of recurring testing problems, put forward suggestions for process improvement, design optimization or process improvement, and reduce the recurrence rate of problems from the root cause.

6. 积极响应持续改进倡议，参与工艺优化、效率提升等相关项目，助力运营升级

Actively respond to continuous improvement initiatives, participate in projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement, and contribute to the operation upgrades.

7. 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。

Hiring Qualification (Equal to permanent employees’) 录用要求：

Education 教育背景:

1. 高职/大专或以上学历。电气，机械，机修专业优先。

Vocational college / Junior college or above. Majors in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and mechanical maintenance are preferred

Skills / Knowledge / Experience 技能/知识/工作经验:

1.  具备 1 年以上设备调试相关工作经验，熟悉矿山设备、建筑机械等相关产品的调试流程与技术特性优先。

At least 1 year of relevant equipment testing experience, familiar with the testing processes and technical characteristics of mining equipment, construction machinery and other related products

2. 能看懂设备电气原理图、机械装配图，熟练掌握各类调试工具、检测仪器的使用方法。

Able to read equipment electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings, proficient in the use of various testing tools and detection instruments.

3. 具备较强的问题分析、故障诊断能力，能独立解决调试过程中出现的复杂技术问题。

strong problem analysis and fault diagnosis capabilities, and be able to independently solve complex technical problems arising during the testing process.

4. 掌握基础的质量控制工具（如 5W2H、鱼骨图等），具备问题复盘与改进能力。

Understand basic quality control tools (such as 5W2H, fishbone diagram, etc.), and have problem review and improvement capabilities

5. 具备电工证(低压-高压)，或者其他专业技能认证的优先

Candidates with electrician certificate (low to high voltage) or other professional skill certifications are preferred

6. 具备基础的英文听说读写能力，能看懂英文技术文档、操作手册。

Have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to understand English technical documents and operation manuals
