Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the OBK product portfolio remains competitive and market‑leading by delivering safe, compliant, reliable, and cost‑efficient products across their full lifecycle.
- Hold end‑to‑end technical and product ownership, including compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and market requirements.
- Lead and develop the global OBK Product Line R&D organization, securing strong execution, competence, and succession.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration across PCs, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, and Service to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
- Optimize and leverage the global footprint to balance cost, competence, resilience, and market proximity.
- Own portfolio delivery, CPI execution, and continuous improvement aligned with SRD strategy and global product plans.
Competences, skills and experience:
- Strong product and engineering background with experience from full product lifecycle.
- Proven leadership experience in a global, cross‑functional R&D or product organization.
- Solid understanding of product safety, regulatory compliance, and CE marking in an international context.
- Experience driving operational excellence, CPI, cost reduction, and reliability improvements.
- Ability to build and develop technical competence within distributed Product Companies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
- Acts with clear ownership and accountability, making fact‑based and value‑driven decisions.
- Proactively drives collaboration, transparency, and alignment across sites and functions.
- Leads with a strong "Safety Always" mindset, embedding compliance and risk awareness in daily work.
- Challenges status quo and continuously seeks better, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.
- Balances short‑term execution with long‑term product and portfolio sustainability.
