Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the OBK product portfolio remains competitive and market‑leading by delivering safe, compliant, reliable, and cost‑efficient products across their full lifecycle.
• Hold end‑to‑end technical and product ownership, including compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and market requirements.
• Lead and develop the global OBK Product Line R&D organization, securing strong execution, competence, and succession.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across PCs, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, and Service to ensure predictable and efficient delivery.
• Optimize and leverage the global footprint to balance cost, competence, resilience, and market proximity.
• Own portfolio delivery, CPI execution, and continuous improvement aligned with SRD strategy and global product plans.

Competences, skills and experience:

• Strong product and engineering background with experience from full product lifecycle.
• Proven leadership experience in a global, cross‑functional R&D or product organization.
• Solid understanding of product safety, regulatory compliance, and CE marking in an international context.
• Experience driving operational excellence, CPI, cost reduction, and reliability improvements.
• Ability to build and develop technical competence within distributed Product Companies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
