The Role:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
• Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned products/solutions
• Identify and drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline and support deal closure
2. Customer & Market Engagement
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Lead presentations, demos, and pilot projects (trials)
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
3. Product & Solution Support
• Act as a product expert for sales teams
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap via market feedback
• Adapt solutions to customer and regional requirements
4. Commercial & Performance Management
• Prepare proposals and business cases (ROI/TCO)
• Support contract negotiations and ensure deal profitability
• Maintain CRM, forecast sales, and deliver KPI targets
Competences:
Experience working with complex products or solutions and selling based on value (ROI/TCO).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of mining machines operations and OP/UG applications.
English - intermediate.
