Business Line Manager – Parts & Services Division (PSD)
Location: Astana or Almaty, Kazakhstan (with travel across Central Asia)
Functional Area: Marketing & Sales
Reporting to: Regional General Manager, Central Asia
Are you ready to lead lead the growth, profitability, and strategic development of Epiroc's Parts and Services business across Central Asia?
Epiroc Central Asia is looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and customer-focused leader to join our team as Business Line Manager – Parts & Services Division (PSD).
Mission
Lead and develop the Parts & Services Division (PSD) across Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth both in direct and indirect business through innovative aftermarket solutions, operational excellence, customer partnership development, and a high-performing organization.
The successful candidate will maximize market share, profitability, best customer experience, and share of spend across the PSD portfolio while strengthening Epiroc's position as the preferred productivity partner for mining and infrastructure customers. This mission aligns closely with your existing Central Asia PSD mission framework.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the Central Asia PSD strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Drive profitable growth and market share expansion across the region.
- Identify and commercialize new business opportunities within aftermarket services, digital solutions, automation, rebuilds, service agreements and training solutions.
- Support Epiroc's transformation agenda through innovation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business & Financial Performance
- Own full PSD business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, EBIT and working capital management.
- Deliver annual business plans, forecasts and strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across all PSD activities.
- Monitor key business indicators and implement corrective actions where required.

Customer & Market Development
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key mining customers throughout Central Asia.
- Develop long-term customer partnerships focused on improving productivity, safety and sustainability.
- Promote service agreements, rebuild solutions, technical services, training products, automation and digital offerings.
- Actively monitor market trends, competition and emerging customer requirements.

Operations & Service Excellence
- Lead PSD operations including parts sales, technical support, service operations, reliability team, workshops and training activities.
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience and service delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in service efficiency, inventory management and operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Companies, Regional Centers and other Business Lines to ensure One Epiroc concept.

- Build, coach and develop a diverse high-performing PSD organization.
- Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Foster a customer-centric, performance-oriented and collaborative culture.
- Ensure alignment with Epiroc Values, The Epiroc Way and Code of Conduct.

SHEQ & Sustainability
- Lead by example in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).
- Promote Epiroc's "Safety First" culture and zero-harm mindset.
- Support sustainability targets and responsible business practices throughout the organization.
What We Are Looking For
Competences, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial services, aftermarket, or related industries.
- Proven success in commercial and operational leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing P&L and delivering profitable business growth.
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
