Customer Care specialist

1. Main tasks & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer order process: quotations, order entry, invoicing, and delivery coordination
- Communicate with customers on orders, availability, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate shipments, prepare all shipping and compliance documents
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate CRM and order data
- Resolve customer issues, claims, and escalations in a timely manner
2. Competences, skills & experience
- Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferably BPCS, 1C, CRM tools)
- Understanding of logistics, documentation, and trade compliance processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
