We are pleased to announce open position of HR Administrator within the HR & SHEQ team. This role is a vital part of our “One HR” philosophy and directly contributes to efficient, compliant, and people‑focused HR operations across Epiroc Central Asia. 
As an HR Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth HR processes and high‑quality support for employees and managers. You will help uphold our standards of data accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience—supporting the organization’s overall success.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate HR master data in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as a primary contact point for employees and managers, providing timely information and support on HR processes.
  • Generate and deliver HR reports and documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to harmonized HR practices across local, regional, and global HR teams.
