About the Role

The HR Specialist acts as a subject‑matter expert in defined HR areas, supporting the local implementation of Epiroc’s global HR frameworks and processes while ensuring alignment with local business needs and labor legislation. The role works in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Operations, and Global HR to ensure consistent and effective HR practices across Central Asia. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist HR support in areas such as recruitment, learning & development, talent & performance management, competence and HR reporting.
  • Support recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives in line with Epiroc standards.
  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives, including coordination of training and competence development activities.
  • Support the local implementation of global HR frameworks, policies, and tools.
  • Support HR data quality and contribute to reporting and analysis in HR systems (e.g. HR:Link).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, Epiroc policies, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Collaborate closely within the HR team, following the “One HR” way of working.

Competences, Skills, and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in an HR role with exposure to recruitment, learning & development, or HR operations.
  • Ability to apply global HR frameworks in a practical local context.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling HR data and employee information.
  • Interest in continuous learning and professional development within HR.
