We are looking for a highly motivated Order Administration & Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain operations, particularly in order processing, shipment coordination, and exception management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for detail, and are passionate about driving operational excellence—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage order administration, including purchase order placement to DCs/PCs and local suppliers.

Track shipments and proactively monitor missed or delayed orders.

Analyze and report on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics.

Handle non-conformance issues, such as short shipments and oversupply.

Perform BPCS system transactions, including de-kitting, inventory adjustments, and scrapping requests.
Requirements:

Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain operations.

Knowledge of transport logistics, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.

Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Experience with BPCS (preferred).

Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
