Position Objective

The Product Manager – Underground Drilling is responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilization of Epiroc’s underground drilling equipment in Central Asia.

The role focuses on ensuring that customers fully understand and realize the value of advanced drilling technologies, including computerized control systems, automation features, and digital solutions.

By combining application expertise with digital and automation capabilities, the Product Manager ensures improved productivity, safety, and cost efficiency at customer operations, while supporting the profitable growth of the Underground Drilling business.

Skillset Needed

Strong expertise in underground drilling applications and drill & blast processes
Solid technical understanding of face and longhole drill rigs and rock reinforcement, including computerized systems
Knowledge of automation solutions, digital tools, and data-driven mining (e.g., drilling analytics, performance monitoring)
Ability to translate technical features into measurable customer value (TCO, productivity, quality)
Experience in customer-facing roles, training, and technical support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
Effective communication skills and ability to work across sales, service, product companies, and digital teams
Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages as an asset
