Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and application support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the Product Company on technical issues and product customization.
• Implement the Blasthole product strategy in the Central Asia market.
• Maintain and update marketing materials (brochures, presentations, specifications, certifications).
• Monitor and analyze competitor data, including specifications, comparisons, and fleet insights.
• Conduct customer site visits to gather application feedback and resolve issues.
• Cooperate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Train the sales team on Blasthole products and applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on surface mining solutions.
• Support the achievement of sales targets in revenue, orders, and receivables.
• Engage in continuous personal development.
• Uphold Epiroc’s values and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of drilling rig applications in blasting and exploration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the mining sector.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English.
