Job description
Product development
- research and analyze market conditions
- identify key competitor and consumer trends
- articulate market requirements and opportunities
- identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
- work with research regarding product development
- define the strategy of the product
- determine product packaging solutions
- manage and communicate with cross functional teams
Product Marketing
- develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and
demand
- support with advertising and public relations to promote product
- support sales team with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
- create commercial offers for sales team
- conduct product presentations and TCO
- develop sales tools and sales training material
- manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from customers
- co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
- monitor and manage product inventory
- lead and manage exploration aftersales support team
Additional focus
- promote and develop new Ore body solutions as KLS and Geoscan
- Product Manager should manage the territory to provide to potential customers a consultative
approach with well-formulated proposals that align with product values, benefits and features for
their requirements.
Requirements
· A highly motivated person with good knowledge of the exploration tools, rigs and consumables as
well as surface and underground mining;
· Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team
· Ability to make the application analysis, cost of ownership calculation and present it to customer;
· Experience in exploration business is highly desirable;
· Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis;
· University degree, technical oriented (mining and exploration is beneficial)
· Excellent command of Russian language and solid written and spoken English is a must; spoken
Kazakh language is highly beneficial
· Good computer and presentation skills;
· Driving license (B) and driving experience.
