Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures, identify reliability risks, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. Lead projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency. Design and implement proactive maintenance plans to ensure equipment performance and extend asset life. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights for reliability and improvement. Coordinate the activities of reliability engineers while strictly adhering to the Safety First principles.

Skills in the operation and maintenance of Epiroc mining equipment. Knowledge of effective methods for the maintenance and repair of equipment. Good analytical skills to identify the cause and effect of a problem and find the most effective ways to solve it. Management skills and the ability to effectively lead department employees. Practical experience with mining equipment for at least 5 years.
