Business Line Manager, Anglophone Parts & Service

The role of our next Anglophone Business Line Manager - Parts and Service Division (PSD) is to drive results in the Anglophone West African Region. We are looking for you to add to the diversity and dynamic leadership to our team to optimize deliverables in our four focus areas: Sales & Marketing - Operations including Workshop - Technical Service - Training. This position reports to our Regional General Manager and is an integral part of our management team. We operate as 'One Region - One Team - United in Growth and the role of this position blends with same. You will drive objectives in line with our Epiroc group strategy, adding value for our customers, creating sustained customer loyalty and generating financial growth and profit.
Your responsibilities for the West Africa Anglophone region include owning the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for PSD as well as associated operational efficiencies.
Your Mission
- Own Customer Relationship Management and customer satisfaction, strengthening key stakeholder relationships and governance structures while promoting a customer‑care–driven culture aligned with Epiroc’s vision.
- Full accountability for Regional PSD Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, including business planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization of service agreements.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing regional PSD organization within a matrix structure by recruiting diverse talent, building competencies, improving gender diversity, and ensuring succession planning.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategies for PSD growth, including fleet‑based capacity planning, capital equipment support, and future regional workshop infrastructure.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong collaboration with Capital Equipment Regional BLMs, seamless total‑solution delivery, and continuous improvement in team effectiveness and service quality.
- Safeguard a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment across all workplaces, workshops, and sites by enforcing safety standards, technical training, “The Epiroc Way,” and the Code of Conduct.
Your Profile:
- Eight (8) years of working experience in management positions where the incumbent has been leading teams and delivering successful results.
- Product and application knowledge in the mining space covering surface/underground segments.
- Results oriented networked professional with a proven history in marketing and sales.
- Well conversed with Epiroc and the way we do business.
- Demonstrated business management experience at a strategic and operational level
- Strong interpersonal, people management and negotiating skills.
- Good Command of English language.
