Epiroc is seeking a Key Account Manager – Chinese Speaking to join our dynamic team driving progress across the West Africa region. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic and customer-focused professional fluent in Mandarin and English, who will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our Chinese customer base in the mining and construction sectors.

 

As a Key Account Manager at Epiroc, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth within the Chinese customer segment across the West Africa region. You’ll manage existing accounts, develop new partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that support our customers’ success in mining and construction.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Search and develop new business opportunities within Chinese customer segment in west Africa region in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collect customer requirements, understanding their needs, and work strategically to develop value proposition to support their growth.
  • Close collaboration with China Customer Center to follow projects and offer one joint proposal
  • Actively participate in the tender process and prepare proposals for Chinese customers.
  • Together with the Business Line Managers, prepare sales plan for Chinese customer accounts.
  • Working with Business Partners to increase Epiroc presence in West Africa region.
  • Other tasks could be assigned to adapt to the market situation. 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Excellent communication skills – both internal and external.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in sales prospecting, market research, and business development.
  • Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
