Order Fulfilment Planner

Join Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. as an Order Fulfilment Planner within our Parts & Services Division EMEA, located in Obuasi. This integral role within the Customer Centre of our Equipment & Service business area plays a crucial part in our supply chain and logistics operations, supporting the company by delivering exceptional service that makes it easy for customers to do business with us.

Your Mission

• Process and manage customer orders received via multiple channels, ensuring accurate order date management.
• Release open orders daily for replenishment to maintain supply chain flow.
• Maintain accurate customer order records and perform manual invoicing as needed.
• Coordinate with the RDC Customer Service team regarding delivery status and follow-up.
• Regularly process invoicing and manage POD requests.
• Monitor and manage open orders concerning ETAs to support OTIF objectives and provide updates on possible delays.
• Process value credits promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide consistent feedback to internal customers for effective communication with external clients.
• Collaborate closely with management and other departments to uphold service quality.
• Perform additional tasks that contribute to operational success and uphold company values..
• Engage as a proactive partner with country managers, business line leaders, and finance colleagues globally. Foster finance capability development and cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Your Profile:

• Strong and proven leadership skills to guide and manage order fulfilment activities.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically BPCS and M3, is a significant advantage.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a solid understanding of supply chain, logistic, and distribution processes.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international sales order throughput processes.
• Good project management abilities and KPI analysis skills to monitor and enhance performance.
• Certification or licenses related to compliance and logistics are beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset..
