Product Support Specialist - Underground

While this role reports to the Regional Product Support Manager – Underground, its mission is to provide technical support with regards to Hauling and Loading Equipment. Division products and services, to meet growth initiatives with a focus on improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency. It will also help ensure real-time problem-solving of systems malfunctions, as well as design challenges that occur when a specific application challenges the engineering design envelope.

Your Mission

• Deliver high-quality maintenance, repair, audits, and troubleshooting support for equipment in the field and workshop.
• Participate in equipment start-up and commissioning; conduct operator and technician training, including charged sessions and skills transfer.
• Provide expert technical advice, identify customer needs, recommend spare parts, and strengthen relationships through direct engagement and service excellence.
• Cooperate with Product Company on new projects (design, testing, introduction); share technical information, documents, and software as required.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and internal policies (Code of Conduct); use company assets efficiently and maintain IT systems in collaboration with regional teams.
• Actively use monitoring systems (e.g., Fleetsync, TechInfor), escalate incidents appropriately, and perform additional tasks assigned by the Product Support Manager.

Your Profile:

• More than 5 years' experience on Hauling and Loading Equipment with strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic as well RCS experience (monitoring, trouble shooting, diagnosing of RCS)
• Effectively communicating and working with all Epiroc groups while providing best-in-class technical support for all internal and external customers is critical to success.
• Assessing the technical condition of machines and devices using diagnostic equipment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Reading technical documentation
• Working experience in Underground loaders, Face drilling machines, production drilling machines and Rock Reinforcement equipment Knowledge.
