Are you ready?

 

Develop and control the plans and schedules including PPEs, parts, resources and time estimates to execute all on-site & off -site maintenance task operations, with consideration to productivity of staff. 

 

Your Mission

  • Act as the first point of contact for departmental inquiries and visitors, schedule meetings, and take minutes for relevant sessions.
  • Administer SAP for invoicing, MIM (B2C) and Docmine for account setup and issue resolution and manage Machine Online (MoL) and Warranty Online (WoL) updates.
  • Oversee service quotes via BPCS, open and track jobs (contracts, field service, component rebuild) through to closure and invoicing and ensure adherence to internal processes.
  • Process purchases orders in E-Purchase, liaise with logistics/stores for timely delivery of spares, and manage tools inventory and workshop KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly reports (labour utilization, NIS, WIP), maintain accurate service records, provide WIP updates for customers, and compile safety/warranty campaign reports.
  • Handle customer complaints collaboratively, ensure campaign resolutions, manage warranty claims, and support process improvements while maintaining professional customer interactions.

 

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years in planning and scheduling processes, with strong understanding of maintenance workflows and supply chain management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, project planners), PME or similar planning tools, and good knowledge of networks and systems.
  • Understanding workplace safety regulations and ability to implement safe work practices effectively.
  • Strong conceptual and practical planning abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Team-oriented with strong negotiation skills for interacting with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers.
  • Familiarity with warehouse inventory control, supply chain processes, and ability to manage planning and scheduling enhancements.
