This exciting opportunity within our Parts & Services Division EMEA offers hands-on training, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to world-class mining and drilling technologies. As part of our structured apprenticeship programme, you will develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies needed to support customer operations, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to business success while building a rewarding career in the mining industry.

As a Service Technician Apprentice, you will participate in a structured development programme designed to equip you with the technical and operational skills required to deliver exceptional service and customer support across Epiroc's mining and drilling equipment portfolio.

Your Mission

Assist with field tests and product demonstrations while recommending suitable solutions for customer applications.
Monitor drilling consumable performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic maintenance activities on Epiroc equipment.
Collaborate with business development teams to gather and analyze market and customer intelligence.
Develop practical knowledge of drilling operations and equipment optimization techniques.
Contribute to supply chain and administrative support activities to improve operational efficiency.

Your Profile

Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in mining equipment, technical services, and field-based operations.
Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to compliance and quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented with a sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
