Warehouse Officer

Join our dedicated team at Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd., a leader in the Equipment & Service sector, as a Warehouse Officer based in GHA Obuasi. This role is central to our supply chain operations within the Parts & Services Division EMEA, where efficient logistics and inventory management are critical to our success and customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive warehouse activities. Your role is pivotal to ensuring that all received goods are handled with the utmost accuracy, inspected carefully, and stored efficiently. You will maintain inventory records, manage picking and pack processes, and ensure the warehouse is up to date with daily cycle counts and periodic stock takes. This position requires rigorous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to uphold our company’s high standards.

Your Mission

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving shipments and verifying documentation accuracy.
• Store and organize goods efficiently on racks/shelves in line with space optimization and storage standards.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain tight inventory control, including tracking movements to prevent discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct regular stock checks (daily cycle counts, monthly and annual audits) and provide inventory reports to management.
• Ensure warehouse security, compliance, housekeeping, documentation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, with a focus on warehouse operations and stock management.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and quality inspection processes.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead when required, and drive results.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling changing environments with professionalism and enthusiasm.
