In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:

This HR Admin role will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth HR processes, and high levels of employee support and engagement. This position handles a variety of HR administrative functions, including recruiting coordination, file management, employee communications, system support, and plant-side employee services.
Specifically, you’ll:

 

  • Administer the HireRight background check process, including sending invitations, collecting documentation, and communicating with candidates
  • Coordinate hourly employee interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, including Dayforce account setup, orientation, and documentation tracking
  • Maintain and update employee training sign-offs and cross-training matrices, including SOP documentation
  • Manage and upload personnel files (e.g., orientation forms, background checks, corrective actions, promotions) to ensure compliance and accessibility
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS (Dayforce/HR Link) and assist employees with login or access issues
  • Draft and distribute internal communications and announcements to plant-side teams
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives on the plant floor, including idea generation, quote collection, and vendor correspondence
  • Serve as a point of contact for general employee inquiries and assistance
  • Provide administrative support for employee programs, events, and recognition initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Experience and requirements:
You’re a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have: 

 

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years in HR support or administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data analysis and use of analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve goals.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and production management software (ERP, MRP systems) preferred.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred
