ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to an exciting new opportunity, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and coordinating project activities while providing administrative support to the JTMEC team, based at our Neerabup office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing timesheets and invoices
- Coordinating training and refresher courses
- Managing employee onboarding for client sites
- Maintaining accurate records and system data
- Assisting with internal audits
- Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and tracking deliveries
- Scheduling flights and accommodation
- Acting as a key point of contact for project and team activities
- Compiling and verifying manufacturing, cabling, and project stocktakes
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance
- General administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have a varied skill set, including:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A current driver’s licence
