Customer Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Operations & Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and high-quality service delivery to key customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and product availability updates to customers and sales engineers
- Process purchase orders and customer orders in BPCS system
- Issue invoices and credit notes in BPCS and 1C systems
- Prepare and manage contracts, specifications, and consignment agreements
- Ensure trade compliance documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate shipments and prepare all supporting documents
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and reporting to management
- Maintain accurate legal and financial data for customer accounts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or supply chain
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
