Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting customers while building a strong foundation for future career growth at Epiroc.
Your Mission
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, providing accurate product and service information.
- Assist in resolving concerns related to parts, pricing, deliveries, returns, and warranties, escalating complex issues to experienced team members as needed.
- Support the inside sales process by expediting orders, creating quotes or proposals, and processing customer paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions.
- Complete training on Epiroc’s products, systems, and service processes as part of your professional development..
Your Profile:
- Pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Strong interest in customer service and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
