Import/Export Coordinator

Join Epiroc West Africa as an Import & Export Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our regional supply chain moving efficiently and compliantly. You will coordinate international imports and exports across West Africa, working closely with clearing agents, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure shipments arrive on time, documentation meets legal requirements, and our operations receive the support they need. Your Mission

• Coordinate all import and export activities, including providing clearing instructions to appointed clearing agents.
• Ensure all imports and exports comply with applicable legal and documentation requirements.
• Plan and coordinate international shipments of goods from Product Companies to Customer Centres.
• Support countries across the region with import/export documentation, VAT and related compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and expedite ocean and road freight shipments, monitoring ETDs, ETAs and providing regular status updates.
• Work collaboratively across functions and undertake additional supply chain responsibilities required to support the region.

Your Profile:

• A Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' Supply Chain experience.
• Good understanding of domestic and international sales-order throughput processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and execution capabilities with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• A positive, collaborative and business-oriented approach, with the ability to drive actions and results across different functions.
