Indirect Sales Manager - West Africa

The Indirect Sales Manager plays a key role in driving performance and sustainable growth across the West African region. This role thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and strategic thinking, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results. We are looking for a leader who will add to the diversity and dynamism of our management team, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to optimize performance across our two core focus areas: Sales and Marketing.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect sales strategy to achieve business objectives in West Africa.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse the competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set sales targets and ensure these are met by the indirect sales channels.
Your Profile:
- A strong understanding of partner management.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- 10+ years sales experience with Proven track record in recruiting and managing dealers/ distributors/ resellers.
- Safety conscious
- Open minded and determination to achieve goals.
- Collaborator with effective communication skills
- Leadership and ability to coordinate and motivate people.
- Initiative-taking, energetic with an elevated level of responsibility and loyalty
- Willingness to travel and develop relationships.
