While reporting to the Regional Indirect Sales Manager, the Indirect Sales Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient order processing and delivery for dealers, while coordinating internal stakeholders and monitoring supply chain performance. The role aims to improve dealer satisfaction and operational efficiency, enabling the Indirect Sales Manager to focus on strategic development. In this role, you will experience the normal office environment for the majority of time, exposure to customer centres, production facilities, distributors and or customer sites including but not limited to mines and travel.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Ensure accurate, timely processing and end‑to‑end follow‑up of dealer orders
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, customer service, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealers and ensure clear communication
  • Track product availability, lead times, and escalate supply risks with solutions
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • 2–5 years in supply chain, sales operations, or customer service 
  • Experience in B2B environment and dealer network is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (BPCS & M3 is a plus), Excel / reporting tools and CRM (optional).
