Your Mission

• Support daily SHEQ operations across offices, workshops, warehouses, and sites, ensuring safe work practices and PPE compliance
• Assist with risk assessments, incident reporting, and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support environmental management activities, including waste monitoring, inspections, and awareness initiatives
• Contribute to quality management through document control, internal audits, KPI tracking, and procedure compliance
• Assist with SHEQ training, inductions, toolbox talks, and preparation of awareness materials
• Maintain SHEQ records, compile reports and dashboards, and support general administrative and compliance tasks

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (license) in Occupational Health & Safety or a closely related field.
• Fundamental understanding of HSE/SHEQ principles and eagerness to deepen knowledge in this area.
• Interest in and basic familiarity with international standards ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
• Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to prepare reports and maintain documented information effectively.
• Comfortable and adaptable to working within industrial, workshop, warehouse, and various field environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support documentation and presentation tasks.
• Strong command of English language skills — verbal and written — to facilitate communication within a multinational corporate context.
