Your Mission
- Support daily SHEQ operations across offices, workshops, warehouses, and sites, ensuring safe work practices and PPE compliance
- Assist with risk assessments, incident reporting, and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support environmental management activities, including waste monitoring, inspections, and awareness initiatives
- Contribute to quality management through document control, internal audits, KPI tracking, and procedure compliance
- Assist with SHEQ training, inductions, toolbox talks, and preparation of awareness materials
- Maintain SHEQ records, compile reports and dashboards, and support general administrative and compliance tasks
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (license) in Occupational Health & Safety or a closely related field.
- Fundamental understanding of HSE/SHEQ principles and eagerness to deepen knowledge in this area.
- Interest in and basic familiarity with international standards ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to prepare reports and maintain documented information effectively.
- Comfortable and adaptable to working within industrial, workshop, warehouse, and various field environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support documentation and presentation tasks.
- Strong command of English language skills — verbal and written — to facilitate communication within a multinational corporate context.
