As Supply Chain Manager for the Francophone Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in creating a competitive edge that enables us to serve our customers better and faster. Your Mission

 

Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Support the Supply Chain Operations Center Manager to ensure the operations are meeting the Supply Chain targets and requirements of the Division & Customer Center.
  • Ensure collaboration, cooperation and interaction with BLMs and CC teams when it comes to supply chain operations
  • Drive/Coordinate the inbound/outbound and warehousing operations, physical stock management, orders management, import/export and customs operations in lines with guidelines, policies, procedures and processes in place.
  • Actively participate in setting performance targets, monitor and report performance and ensure that targets for the cluster supply chain operations are met.
  • Is the first point of contact in the respective country when it comes to supply chain operations and continuous improvements.
  • High focus on identifying and implementing operational cost saving initiatives.
  • Secure high level of performance
  • Ensure clear communication with internal and external customers

 

 

KPIs and Reporting:

  • Responsible at cluster level of the performance according to global main 4 KPI's Availability, %COGS, Transport Cost and OSMI]
  • Weekly and monthly reporting: GITs, Open orders, Backorders, OSMI... and other reports that may be relevant/required by the stakeholders
  • Identify, implement and monitor performance indicators to drive continuous improvement: OTIF/SIFOT/DIFOT, STOCK AVAILABILITY, LCF...
  • Generate relevant supply chain reports as requested by management team.

 

Warehousing:

  • Oversee warehouse management (pick, pack, ship, ...) and implement continuous improvement in support of "Total Cost to Serve" and "OTIF Delivery"
  • Warehouse performance KPI implementation and execution
  • Responsible for Warehouse operational costs
  • Oversee physical returns processing
  • Responsible for physical inventory Control in cooperation with the CC's and Division
  • Operational management of the 3PL if any

 

Regional Transportation:

  • Manage and optimize transportation execution (inbound and outbound)
  • Manage/oversee customs processing and trade compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce transportation cost in the cluster

 

Order processing and expediting:

  • Ensure processing of sales orders
  • Ensure processing of replenishment and redistribution orders to LDC, consignment and service stock locations in coordination with the Regional Inbound Replenishment Manager.
  • Provide invoicing and other documentation when applicable, in line with Regional Order Fulfillment Manager.
  • Oversee expediting and claims management

 

People management:

  • Manage and increasingly coach the teams to deliver the Supply Chain goals and objectives
  • Adress performance issues

 

Your Profile

  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • ERP knowledge and experience (BPCS & M3 a plus)
  • Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience
  • Strong Project Management and KPI Analysis Skills
  • Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in compliance and logistics an asset
  • Skillful MS Excel user
  • Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
  • Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes
  • Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Additional Languages are an advantage.
