Are you ready?

 

Based in Hounde, the VMI Warehouse Administrator is expected to report to the Marketing & Customer Solutions Lead, will oversee the consignment stock on site and its replenishment. Warehouse Administrator supervises deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensures products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers. They also manage warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Manage on-site consignment stock, including receiving, issuing, status updates, inventory organization, and stock reconciliations
  • Handle stock replenishment activities: consumption analysis, forecasting, replenishment proposals, and follow-up on availability, backorders, and DC/factory supply
  • Process quotations, orders, invoicing, and product returns to central warehouse or distribution centres
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, database updates, and timely transmission to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Perform all required handling activities while ensuring warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with site rules
  • Provide logistical support to customers, act as liaison with Epiroc, and carry out additional tasks as required by management

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply.
  • Flexibility to hours of operations and desire to be part of the 24 hours on call schedule.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and knowledge of safe lifting methods.
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
  • Computer literacy, including working skills of MS Office, Excel and Microsoft 
  • Attention to detail
