Epiroc Australia is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and organised Auto Electrician in our Perth Service Workshop for an immediate start.

 

As a Auto Electrician, you will play an essential role in supporting our service operations.

 

Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:

  • Provide support to customers as needed

  • Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders

  • Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members

  • Carrying out specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment

  • Carrying out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems

  • Solve complex equipment-related issues include diagnostic fault finding

  • Field and workshop repairs on a range of Epiroc equipment

  • Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements

 

The successful applicant must have:

  • Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, Auto Electrical or hydraulic trade qualifications or similar.

  • Customer-facing experience or similar

  • Extensive experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.

  • Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.

  • Heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, Diagnose and Fault Find complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems

  • Epiroc surface and underground product experience will be highly regarded
