Reporting to the General Manager, this critical leadership position carries full accountability for the profitability, operational performance, customer satisfaction and long-term growth of Epiroc's largest national business line. You will lead a diverse team across sales, service operations, technical support and project functions while developing and executing strategies that strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable business growth.
About the Role
As Business Line Manager - PSD, you will lead the strategic, commercial and operational performance of the division, ensuring the successful delivery of aftermarket products and services including parts, service agreements, technical services, rebuilds, training solutions and digital offerings.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing national business strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
- Driving revenue growth, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction
- Leading and developing a high-performing team across multiple disciplines
- Maintaining full P&L accountability and ensuring achievement of financial targets
- Building and strengthening relationships with major mining and construction customers
- Identifying and commercialising growth opportunities across products, services and emerging technologies
- Driving operational excellence across service centres, workshops, inventory and logistics functions
- Championing innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Contributing as a key member of the Australian leadership team
About You
You are a proven senior leader with strong commercial acumen, a passion for customer success and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex industrial or mining environment.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Significant leadership experience within mining, resources, heavy equipment, industrial services or a related sector
- Proven success managing large operational or service-based businesses with P&L accountability
- Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving organisational performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related discipline (MBA highly regarded)
