We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Busniess Line Manager to lead and manage a team of sales personnel in promoting and selling our cutting-edge mining equipment as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) at Epiroc. As the Business Line Manager for Tools and Attachments, you will be responsible for the marketing, sales, service, administration and consolidated performance of the tools and attachment consumables and product line of nationally. 

 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of sales personnel, ensuring their professional development and performance optimization
• Set clear sales targets and goals, monitor progress, and implement necessary measures to achieve or exceed targets
• Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment that encourages creativity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers within the mining sector
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and threats
• Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and customer feedback

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within the mining industry
• In-depth understanding of mining equipment and related technologies, coupled with knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
