We are currently seeking a Compliance Support Officer to provide administrative support tothe Compliance & Governance teams within Epiroc South Pacific Holdings and associated Companies.

The Compliance Administrator shall support the Compliance Manager and Compliance Team, providing assistance to: i) monitor and follow up key compliance action due dates, ii) maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, and iii) assist with the administration of Epiroc's key compliance programs - including Privacy & GDPR, Trade Compliance, Anti-Trust, and AML/CTF.

 

The specific responsibilities for the Compliance Support Officer include (but not limited to), the following:

  • Administrative Support: provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and broader Compliance Team, as directed.
  • Legal compliance: monitor and follow up key compliance action due dates and help to administer Epiroc's key compliance programs.
  • Risk management and internal control; support Epiroc's entity-level risk assessment process by following up with risk owners and by assisting the Compliance Manager with the completion and documentation of periodic internal control testing.
  • Corporate insurance coordination support provide support to the Property, Insurance and Governance Officer in the administration and oversight of local and global insurance policies.
  • Property management assist the Property, Insurance and Governance Officer in the day-to-day administration of Epiroc's property portfolio, including support for lease payments and property matters.
  • Company Formalities and Governance; assist the Compliance Manager and Property, Insurance and Governance Officer with support in relation to the preparation of meeting agendas, taking of minutes as required and scheduling of meetings.

 

Other requirements of the role:

  • Continue to develop and strengthen your knowledge regarding the Product Range and business requirements.

  • Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded;
