An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team.

This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering strong collection outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing a customer ledger
Conducting debt collection activities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting
Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments
Handling customer enquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution
Maintaining and updating customer accounts
Analysing data and preparing reports

You will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Credit Officer or Credit Controller
A genuine passion for collections and customer service
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
