Epiroc Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented External Repairs Coordinator based in Perth. In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating all external component repairs flowing through our Perth Service center. This includes managing customer-owned cores, S/X cores, and ensuring meticulous control over repair processes, including deadlines, approvals, and warranty tracking.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).
  • Adhering to Epiroc and customer policies and procedures.
  • Establishing clear communication channels with external vendors supporting Perth Service.
  • Conducting regular meetings with external parties to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Prioritizing tasks with vendors to streamline communication and feedback.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving component overhaul processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and minimise manual intervention.
  • Developing clear processes for Perth service operations regarding information flow, deadlines, priorities, and delivery details.
  • Implementing tracking systems for external cores and managing Purchase Orders' issuance and compliance.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation for all externally repaired components.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in planning, supervising, and managing warranties in an OEM environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scheduling and resource planning
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively, inclusively, and autonomously when necessary.
